We want you to love your Reusable Pet Hair Roller. If it doesn't pull pet hair like the videos show, or you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

How to start a return

• Email us at dalex8225@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
• We'll reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
• Pack the item securely and ship it back. Items should be returned in good condition with all parts included.

Return shipping

• If the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, we cover return shipping or send a replacement - your choice.
• For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.

Refunds

• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges & replacements

Defective or damaged items are replaced free of charge - just email us a photo of the issue and we'll ship a replacement.
